New Build, Heswall
THE PROJECT
Bernie Felton, a property developer in Liverpool, undertook a prestigious new house build in the Wirral. This large project was in development for 8 months and involved the demolition of an existing house on the land before starting construction of a luxury 5 bedroom home. As such all furniture for the building was to be newly sourced and the owner needed to engage with a furniture supplier that could design, manufacture and fit a kitchen, TV room and various other rooms in the house.
Bernie chose Brosna Furniture Components.
WHAT BROSNA BRINGS
Bernie needed a full end to end service starting at the design stage. Brosna was able to offer this and quickly performed a survey of the site to take measurement to be used in conjunction with the building plans for the project.
Full 3D designs of each room were created and presented to the customer for approval. Once the designs were agreed Brosna then provided complete management of the project which included liaising with third parties and sourcing appliances.
Delivery of the furniture was on time and the fitting went smoothly. There were a couple of small niggles which can sometimes occur on a project of this size but they were quickly dealt with and did not impact on the quality of the end product.
